The level of cleaning is NOT the same and I'm afraid that unless this new (inexperienced) owner jumps in to keep up the standards established by previous management/owners, the Hard Rock will no longer get the 5 star/best hotel in Biloxi review.

The grout in the tiles in the bathroom is broken and in some places, missing. The carpet in the room I was in was full of stains-this NEVER happened before under previous management. The first week of July (2014), the Hard Rock was sold to a company that owns the Twin Rivers greyhound track in Rhode Island.i.e they have no history of operating a hotel/casino and in a short time since the sale, the Hard Rock is showing a lack of TLC.

I've just returned from yet another visit there and things have changed somewhat. Last year I reviewed the Hard Rock Biloxi and gave it top marks.
